Stage 7, Montpellier / Albi 5 July When it was first built in the 13th century, the massive walls of Albi’s Cathédrale Sainte-Cécile formed the largest brick structure in the world. Quite a claim to fame. The people who live here are called Albigensians. Apparently “Albino” was already taken.
